Jobs (2013)
The first on our list of Inspiring Movies about Business or Life, This movie is about the late Steve Jobs, and how he started Apple Computers. The movie also shows how he transformed from being a layback person into a meticulous and precise man. Which if you are part of his team, he will push you to your limits and exceed that limitation.
Why do we recommend this?
Unlike the 2015 film of Danny Boyle titled Steve Jobs, Though Danny Boyle’s film exceeded Jobs when it comes to the screenplay and overall acting.
We chose Jobs because it focuses on how Steve Jobs became the person he is that we all knew before he passed away. Jobs also showed how he was determined with his life’s work and how he was able to maintain the quality of Apple Products.
Also, this movie focuses more on his business ideals which if you are an owner of a small business, you will appreciate his vision about Apple and how the employees should be, employees driven with purpose in line with the organization’s vision.

3 Idiots (2009)
The movie is about 3 college students who are taking an engineering degree. And as their friendship gets stronger they are being recognized by their headmaster as 3 stupid students who will not be successful in their life and career.
Why do we recommend this?
This movie has almost everything, Musical, Comedy, Inspirational, Drama. However, the thing that we most loved about this movie is the story itself. A story about friendship, Passion, and the motivation to do the things that will make you happy.
You will learn from this movie that “Success” is not driven by your position or job. Success is recognized and achieved when you do your passion and the things that love most. This will result in happiness as well.
People will belittle you because of what they see about you. However, you must not let those words hinder you from achieving your dreams. That you will be successful someday. And that only you can tell the outcome of your life, so make the best out of it and keep on doing the things that you love most. Do not fret cause “All iz well” (all is well).

The Pursuit of Happyness (2006)
One of our most recommended in our list of Inspiring Movies about Business or Life. Based on a true story about Chris Gardner, a struggling salesman who experienced different unfortunates, like his wife leaving him, he lost his home and didn’t even have enough money to provide for his son. All he can rely on is selling his medical equipment which doctors find unuseful for them.
Why do we recommend this?
This movie is very inspiring and has a heart-melting story. If you didn’t know, Chris Gardner became one of the most successful stockbrokers way back then. He even established his brokerage firm in 1987. You will learn a lot from this movie. Motivation, Dedication, and the guts of not giving up despite all hardships that you are experiencing. And by not giving up and just continue achieving your goals you will eventually be successful.

Hector and the Search for Happiness (2014)
Based on a novel with the same title. Hector is a Psychiatrist who helps people in regards with their mental wellness and happiness. But one day he lost his touch as he gets tired of his usual routine which led him to emotionally unstable thinking that he, himself doesn’t understand the true meaning of happiness. And so he began searching the world, trying to find the secrets of “Happiness”.
Why do we recommend this?
In fairness, Simon Pegg is perfect for the role. But what we liked about this movie is that it shows some things about being happy and what it truly means. And that “Happiness” is much deeper than we usually know. However, it doesn’t mean that we cannot achieve it.
Happiness shouldn’t be something that we suppose to find. Because it is always in front of us. It’s just we tend to overlook it because we prioritize other things instead of embracing the things that will make us happy. And that sometimes we thought that material things or money can make us happy, but in reality, it never did.

Chef (2014)
The movie is about a well-known chef, who one day happens to have an intense confrontation with a critic dining in his restaurant, which led to him losing his job. And as puts together the broken pieces of his life and career. He decided to pursue his career as a chef once again but in a food truck this time.
Why do we recommend this?
This movie is starred and directed by Jon Favreau (Director of Iron Man 1 & 2, Also known as Happy, the personal bodyguard of Tony Stark). This movie even if under a Comedy genre. You will learn many things from it. And will surely inspire you.
Because even if the protagonist in the movie lost his dream job. He manages to get back on his feet, as he realizes that there are a lot of things around him that he should be thankful for. Like having a “Super-Fan” son, and his excellent skills and experiences as a chef.
The movie will teach us that even though we fail at times, it is never too late to get back on our feet and start over again, and do not be afraid to try a different approach if your first plan fails. Until you will be able to get the right formula that will work best for you.
Many people will judge you because of what you are doing, But who cares right? What other people will say doesn’t matter, because what matters is that as long as you are happy with what you are doing, that is the most important thing.

This movie is about a college student who started a social networking site together with his closest friends. Which later evolved into something that made a huge impact in the world of social networking. The story of Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook.
Why do we recommend this?
We love learning the backstories of people who became successful. And this is one of the best backstories that we want to learn something from. This movie is not biased when it comes to its narrative.
It showed the humble beginning of Mark Zuckerberg and the things that he did resulting in him losing his best friend. And how some people will come into our lives and will try to destroy our wonderful creations.
You will learn about friendship, and motivation in this movie. And that sometimes, the opportunities that will make us successful are just in front of us and most of the time we tend to overlook them.

This movie is all about Walter and his colleague who was about to lose their job, Walter takes action by taking on a journey that became more extraordinary than he could’ve ever dreamed of.
Why do we recommend this?
This movie will teach you how to appreciate the little things around you. That sometimes we might lose something like a job, there are still some things that we are blessed with. And that it is never too late to try new and different things.
What we can learn from the movie, that we should explore the world out there we can’t just limit ourselves because of career and responsibilities. We can learn from the story of Walter Mitty. That our world has many things to offer more than we imagined, we just need to have the courage to explore it more.

This movie won more than 50 awards on different recognition events like Academy Awards etc. This movie exceeded the expectations of the audience because of its story and directing. You will learn in this movie, that even though some people grew ups in an unpleasant environment they are still good people. Also, this movie will teach you that even though we had some bad experiences, we can take it as a lesson that we can use as motivation in the future. And use it to help us improve our well-being. We highly recommend you to watch this movie. This movie is a masterpiece.
